Exclusive to Fortunate are our base flavours cookies (that's the cookie themselves) choose from vanilla, chocolate, ginger, cinnamon, pineapple or citrus zinger. For weddings you can choose to order your choice of base flavours or a mixture. Even add your own gourmet topping. Either way, your thought is certain to be appreciated and bring the magic you share together on your special day to your family and friends.

Messages - Customised or House Romantic |

You can customise your own messages or use our special House Romantic Message especially tailored for weddings.
House Romantic messages are included in the cost of the base flavours. If you wish to customise your own message you should allow approx $1.00 extra per cookie. You can have up to 180 characters as your message or roughly translated - up to 3 lines of text. Four weeks notice is required for all customised messages. You can print on both sides of the cookie message but obviously if you do this printing costs will be a little more. A sample of a customised message is:

Exclusive to Fortunate - Good Fortune Wedding Trees |

A new popular trend for weddings is the Good Fortune Wedding tree.
Cookies are displayed in a tree shape as a table centrepiece or as an alternative to a wedding cake. Two special butterfly cookies are placed at the back of the Good Fortune Tree. In these cookies are the two messages that the bride and groom share with other guests and their messages to each other. Guests are generally served their cookies by the your waiting staff although they can be individually broken off by guests for more casual and relaxed weddings. Good Fortune Wedding Trees are available in vanilla with white chocolate drizzle or as a chocolate base with white chocolate drizzle. Small icing flowers are able to be added as enhancements.
Book Early For Your Wedding
Our bridal service is a popular service and as all our gourmet cookies are handmade we ask that you advise your date, city and venue of your wedding as early as possible. Generally brides book their cookies about six months in advance although we can cater obviously to more tighter and immediate deadlines. We have been able to turn around orders very quickly for emergencies but please understand it depends upon the time of the year and our kitchen bookings. There is a booking fee of $50.00 (non-refundable) for wedding fortune cookies which is payable when you book your date with us. Your date will be then booked into our kitchen diary. Just to get you into the spirit and many uses of gourmet fortune cookies all brides booking through our website also receive a complimentary Fortunate tee, machine washable gourmet tees with your choice of our love messages. They are a hot new fashion item and something a little fun for you to wear as you plan the many tasks leading up to your big day. Postageand freight not included.
Freight and Transport
Freight costs and transport are additional. You can collect your cookies directly from us or we can send to you. We always pack a few more cookies for you just in case there are any breakages however to date this has not been an issue. It is just that we care about our cookies and how they are presented to you and your wedding guests. If you like it is our commitment to you. Freight costs will be advised when you book your cookies and advise your city and venue. We do send cookies all over Australia and also have many international customers as our gourmet cookies are unique.
Caring For Your Cookies
 When your special gourmet wedding cookies arrive please treat
them as special handmade items. They should be carefully stored
in a cool place - (not the refrigerator) Obviously if you transport
them yourself to the wedding reception venue do not leave them
in a hot car and keep them tightly and safely packed. The container
they arrive in is usually best. Tell whoever is caring for
your cookies to treat them with care as well. Commonsense is
really the key.
Bridal Set-Up Service
Some brides like to use our bridal service (available only
Sydney). We deliver to your wedding venue and set-up the cookies
on each table with the appropriate packaging. A delivery ad
set-up fee of $50.00 applies.

The Good Fortune Teller Tea Parties are available at our venue in Dural. Our Good Fortune Teller casts a happy spell for each attendee, and for those who attend does a little tarot reading. Each person can ask for a special spell for love, happiness, success and wealth. Good Fortune Tea Parties are great for Birthdays, Wedding Showers, BBQ’s, Baby Showers, Birthdays or just getting friends together. Each tea party includes Fortunate Good Fortune teller, Fortunate’s gourmet Fortune Cookie tasting, quick tales of Fortune Cookies and a spell of happiness to keep. Good Fortune Tea Parties are available to groups. Limousine Transfer rates are available as a fun optional extra and costs are able to be shared with your group.
