| What is their shelf life? |
Best up to 3 months. |
| I have a large corporate order - what lead time do you require? |
4-6 weeks depending upon packaging requirements and our production schedule at the time. We reserve the right to refuse any order. |
| What is the minimum number for corporate orders with customised messages? |
500 |
| How many messages can I have? |
Up to 5 (five) different types of insert - mixed (not kept separate), inserts are of equal number. |
| What message length can I have? |
180 characters ( including spaces) on 3 lines. Size is approx. 70mm x 16mm. Single sided black print on white paper, using standard typeface (logos, colours, proofs etc is additional |
| Can I have our logo on the message? |
We can print a one colour logo on the message strip or on the clear wrapper. We can also print a logo on the reverse side of the message. |
| Artwork and copy requirements? |
Artwork/Copy (wording) must be approved in writing before work can commence production. Author's corrections will be charged for, the cost of these corrections will depend on the time required to make the corrections, minimum charge $25-00 including GST |
| Can you print on both sides of the message slip? |
Yes |
| What if I need only a small quantity? |
If you want less than 500 we can supply some of our standard cookies and offer a range of economical suggestions if you want to customise or add a personal message to your presentation. |
| Can you print the wrappers? |
Yes but allow 2 weeks lead time |
| Can you supply mailing boxes? |
Yes |
| Can you mail them directly to my clients? |
Yes |
| Can you deliver internationally? |
We can accept orders from outside Australia
Freight costs are additional. Please note we take all care in the handling of the cookies whilst they are in our possession. Insurance against damage is the responsibility of the client. |
